On the left side of the panel, there is a contour zoomorphic image. The animal has a massive sub-triangular body with a small hump and legs down. The head of the animal is badly remained due to damaging of the rock. To the right, we can see three deers located on a slope one after the other, as if climbing a mountain. The animals are shown partially. All the figures are made in traditions of Minusinsk style. To the right, there are some single traces of pecking. Probably, they are fragments of zoomorphic figures.
On the right side of the panel, there is a tamga-like sign made in later times.
The panel is located on the rocky outcrops of the red Devonian sandstone of the lower tier of the western slope of Sukhanikha mountain. The sizes of the plane are 4.3x2.6 m. It is located at a height of 0.2 m from the foot of the tier. The panel is exposed to the west.
