The panel is located 120 m west fron the panel 1. The panel represents two zoomorphic figures. On the left side, there is a silhouette image of a bull. On the right side, there is a partial image of a red deer. Its head is silhouette, its body is contour. Also the panel represents two anthropomorphic figures. One is above the bull, the other is opposite to it on the right side. The right figure has a bow. All the figures are made with pecking. Zoomorphic figures are made in the traditions of Minusinskij style.
The panel is located on a rocky outcrops of Devonian sandstone in the lower part of the southeastern slope of Majdashi mountain. The sizes of the panel are 1.6x0.8 m. It is exposed to the south. Part of the plane is below the level of the ground surface. An excavation site made by an unknown researcher is recorded.
